  • Where can I find great Ice Cream
  • Roskillys Ice Cream – Made from organic milk from the Jersey herd on their farm in St Keverne, on the Lizard. There are 24 flavours all made using fresh ingredients and distributed all over Cornwall and beyond. Visit the farm, watch the cows being milked and then watch the ice cream being made – artisan ice cream with oodles of flavour and texture!
  • Great short cuts?
  • The only one I can think of is the route to avoid the Goss Moor bottleneck. This takes travellers down the A38 to Plymouth, entering Cornwall via the Tamar Bridge. Then through some pretty villages, eg Lostwithiel, and why not stop off in Fowey or St Mawes on the way through!
  • Where are Secret secluded beaches in cornwall
  • Secret secluded beaches known only to local people, some accessible only by a walk along the delightful South West Coast path which passes in front of the hotel. Polgwidden, Bream and Porth Sawsen coves are all hidden away on the banks of the Helford River, where the water is crystal clear and the views spectacular, stretching out to sea beyond the estuary.’
